So having that bathing suit NOT fit me on our weekend away really hit home for me. It was a very ugly and horribly rude awakening. 192 lbs just DOES NOT work on this 5 ft 3 in frame.
And to be staying in a hotel with a really cool waterslide/pool and NOT be able to go, absolutely killed me. That was the point where i realized that the snacking and inactivity REALLY was affecting our quality of life, and quite negatively at that. :(
So i decided to go back to the calorie counting way of life. It's a bit of a pain in the butt, but it really gets you thinking about what you're putting in you and if it's really worth it! It's REALLY cut down on my nighttime snacking! (and i really shouldn't be doing that anyways!).
So i guess that i just thought that i should put it out there, hoping that it would make me a little more accountable. Are any of you out there going through the same thing? Please share!

I definitely went through that a while ago. Do what you can to keep accountable, but don't beat yourself up over slip ups either!
Following from Hop a Little Tuesday ~ Hope you stop by too!

Good Luck!
I'm right there with ya girly, don't give up! Joined Ya on GFC, hope to see ya stop by Parent Palace = )
I hear ya! I'm vertically challenged so when my doctor told me I was officially obese and that I should consider some healthy weight loss methods I was floored. I've been watching my carbs and have lost 17lbs and am only overweight now...not obese. Still a ways to go. You can do it!
I'm in the same boat than you. I'm planning on writing everything I eat. Need to make a template and next Tuesday will be my first day of a new lifestyle. I’m not planning on counting calories yet. Too much work.
As I've said before calorie counting can be tough but it really wakes you up to what you were putting in your mouth before! If you can follow your calories and try not to stress too much over it, it will work for you. I know it will :)
((Hugs))
((hugs)) If you are looking for a quick, intense well worth it work out. Check our Jillian Micheals 30 day shred. I loved loved it! I even looked forward to doing it each day. Okay sometimes I had to force myself to do it but I was always glad I did! It's 20 mins!!! Its broken down into 3 circuts of cardio, strenth and abs. Good Luck!
Doodle, if you want to walk or hike or maybe even meet up for a bike ride I'm game. I've got soccer but I can use the extra cardio!
