Today it was 27.3C (81F) in my livingroom and with humidex it was 40C outside!(that's 104F!).
It is DISGUSTINGLY hot. So i stayed in all day with my tea on the rocks and some good books!

We broke down and turned on our AC. I can handle hot and humid . . . but the kids get pretty cranky. Thanks for writing the fahrenheit equivalent . . .I'm so bad at converting!

I am so amazed it is that hot where you are at. I live in Florida and the weather is still comfortable. I say you did the best thing by staying in and reading while drinking tea. Much to hot to exert any energy.

It was terribly hot here, too. My neighbor volunteered to take our daughters to the pool, and I happily stayed inside!
