The hiking was a bit of a mess, we only did 1.5 km, but it was insane. There were SOOOOOO many mosquitos!! We had on a ton of bugspray, and it helped but they were just EVERYWHERE!! (i may or may not have a wonderful bite on that part where your tush meets your thigh! really?!)
But we managed to get some GREAT pics of the local wildlife..enjoy!

I've found that the blood suckers have been thick everywhere this year, even in my tiny back yard! Sounds like a lovely day, good spotting on all the critters!
