The Old Farmers Almanac 2012 (and Kids version!)

I'll never forget how much my grandmother loved to read and refer to The Old Farmers Almanac. It was always somewhere in plain sight at her house like on the kitchen table or the side table right beside her rocking chair. It was her go-to spot to check the weather each day.
I grew up hearing tidbits of information or interesting facts from it, and would always make sure that I had enough money to buy her a new one each Christmas. I always knew that it was be well received and so appreciated. But Grama passed on, and i grew up leaving behind the Almanac tradition.

When i received one in the mail to review, I was instantly brought back, and flooded with memories seeing that old familiar cover. I immediately started flipping through it, and found a recipe for Dark Chocolate Chile Balls(omg. YES!), and the weather forecast for winter and summer(famous for 80% accuracy!), fell in LOVE the astronomy section, and was pleased to see a gardening section(i need all the help i can get here!!). There is SO much information to be read! I was also REALLY happy to see a page with a 'Table of Measures' and Metric Conversion(I need lots of help with this too!).
