First things first, I'm off to Wal-Mart to buy some better food! Quickly scan the flyer to see what fab sales are going on, and then check my coupons and hope i have some great savings coming to me!
*Note to self - you really need to find some method of coupon organization! cramming them in an envelope or sandwich bag just isn't cutting it!! *
I like to hit up Wal-Mart late at night or early in the morning..less people..less distraction..less people to elbow for that awesome deal! (lol, joking!!)
So back to why I'm at Wal-Mart. I have a doctors appointment, ugh a physical, in just over 2 weeks. She's going to tell me that my weight is out of control. It really is. 45 lbs weight gain for no good reason in 2 yrs just is NOT cool. It's horrible and embarrassing. So lord help me, I have 2 weeks (just to start!) to try and do SOMETHING about it!!

I tried really hard. I found healthy food (yay! leeks were a great price here and looked fab!) AND put it in my cart! I even passed up the icecream! Next I was on the hunt for the #EqualCanada in the new yellow cannister! It wasn't with the sugar/sugar substitutes section! I found it over in the pharmacy in the Diabetic section, which i honestly found a little weird, as I am not diabetic but yet I was looking to purchase it. Oh well, c'est la vie.
Seriously though, what a GREAT price (it's on Rollback baby!)
So after my trip around the store, here's what i bought:

On the way to the checkout I spotted the coolest thing. It's a smoothie-to-go blender!! This would be awesome for my weightloss quest! (but not today! sigh)
So, good food is now bought..time to move my body! Can i have a nap first? (joking!)
