When looking for a specific recipe i tend to go to allrecipes.com, type in what i'm looking for, and then click the 'rating' button so that all the top rated recipes are the ones i see first. So far it hasn't failed me! Oh! and i also read the reviews too, to make sure I get the best possible recipe!
Today's recipe I used is Oatmeal Chip Cookies. For these ones I make them as the recipe states. It's great just as it is. (warning though, lots of butter and sugar!!)

The only problem with todays cookie session?? I made 40 scrumptious cookies...I ate 2 to make sure they were good enough to give, and have 6 leftover for the mr and the 2 kids!! :(
The good news is that I surprised my new neighbours with some, and a friend, and the mr's co-workers! :)

I make oatmeal chocolate chip all the time, one of our favs along with peanut butter oatmeal chocolate chip! lol
oh we very much like PB in our cookies, but i wasn't too sure about if the neighbours had allergies, so i kept it simple. But YUMMY!

It really was nice! The neighbours came over last night to drop back off the container and introduce themselves more and chatter. I really like them!
