Yes, this FlashFotoFriday's topic is SMILE...and i don't really like to post face-on pics...so i went with the bread..you have no idea how much this amazing loaf of bread made me smile..ok, more like grin like an absolute LOON! lol.
I haven't had yeasty products like bread/rolls/etc work since HIGHSCHOOL, and that was quite a while ago!!! So for this artisan no-knead bread to actually work and be tasty yesterday, well it absolutely blew my mind!!!

I dont make my own but i love bread and i love trying different kinds :)
I love to make bread and this one looks so good. I just make sure I let it rise a lot! In the winter I put it on my radiator - have a 90 year old house :-)
