* Incase you can't read what's in the circles..with the crazy humidity here it feels like 42c or 108f. YUCK! We don't have A/C, no we're not crazy, there really aren't THAT many days that are like this, and our home is surrounded by big trees and we get a great cross-breeze etc...ok, except today and notice all my pics are dark because well there are no lights on in the house. I'm sippin' my ice water, and I've put an ice pack on the guineapiggies waterbottle too! :) It's a great day to just take a break and relax..maybe read a book, I've already had a great nap! lol *

Lucky lucky! We've had rain for the last week and cold, cold weather! Oh well, saves on air conditioning! LOL

I guess it's hard when you're not used to it. Every summer day, we live above 90* and it gets old after awhile, but our winters are mild. I think it's especially difficult when you are not prepared for it. No one would dream of not having AC here. Hang in there!

Ugh! I bet that is just miserable! It's 90 here today, but no humidity, so it's not unbearable. Definitely a good day to sit around and do nothing!
It's been brutal today!! The Durham Region ended up being hit with several unpredicted thunderstorms this afternoon. The next few days are meant to be hot, hot, hot as well.

Eek! Now that is hot! We don't have AC either (baseboard heat, no appropriate window for either a window AC or portable, we apparently bought a strange house). The only way we could get AC is if we put a hole in the wall for one.

Wow, I could not imagine that without air conditioning! In my neck of the woods we had an actual 111 degrees, and the air conditioner has been running all day. Definitely a good time to relax with a good book and not have to move around too much!
I just about smoother when I walk out the door. My poor boy is going to T.O. tomorrow for his class trip and I feel so badly for him. It is going to be so crazy hot in the city.

It's been so hot and humid here as well! I wish I had a pool lol.
It's the humidity that's really killer, huh? We don't usually turn on the AC ourselves but make an exception on days like today!

Way too hot. Memories of when I went back to Hamilton, ON for the first time after a long time away smack in the middle of summer and experienced this too first hand. Spent the first two days sitting around doing nothing as couldn't stand it. My dad has central and AC and wouldn't turn it on as he was used to it...
Hope it cools off soon for you! I hate the humidity.
