Oh Barbie. What a timeless treasure. An iconic character!
I was definitely one of those Barbie girls when I was little. I remember my little trunk full of Barbie's! I remember taking that trunk 4 doors down to my best friends house for the endless fun of dressing Barbie for the prom, for vacation, or a simple shopping trip, or the wedding with Ken, etc etc. It never got old!
I remember getting the Barbie that had the removeable pregnant belly and baby for my older daughter when I was pregnant with her little sister. It helped her to understand that there was a baby in mommy's big round tummy, just like Barbie's! I love that there are just SO many Barbie's available that you can find one that you relate with. It's so personal! My youngest is REALLY into swimming right now, you know you can find a swimmer Barbie! Or with the Olympics being on right now, there's gotta be an Olympic Barbie out there, or at least Barbie doing a sport you relate with(gymnast, soccer, etc)! There is everything imagineable with Barbie!
As for my youngest, her and I have an absolute obsession with sitting down together to enjoy the Barbie movies. We own every single one, some have been watched so much that they've had to be replaced!! It's just our thing! And I sure wouldn't trade it for the world. I just love to see her face light up with the sheer delight of these films! And the humour in some of them is just hilarious! (Bibble?!)

I loved barbie when I was little but in a house full of boys, I think we won't be seeing her any time soon! lol
I def. plan to use the coupons which come out. My daughter loves everything Barbie and I plan to stock up on the deals to save for birthdays and Christmas.
I loooooved Barbie when I was a kid. I had the Baribe Dream House and spent hours playing with my Barbie dolls. Now my 3.5 year old is finally getting into Barbie and is having fun playing with her own dolls!
