I have a problem.
This is my 'good stash' of wool.
It's retail value is almost $250..*cringe*
I didn't pay that much! and I swear I'm a 'frugal' knitter!
Ok, I'm a 'wool snob'...
BUT I only buy on SALE, and I get a good discount at work(wool shop).
And this is also only the 'good stash'..there's an 'average stash' and 'cheapie stash' too..
I may have a problem.
or I need to learn to knit faster!

Knit faster for sure - so you can get more wool! I used to be the same way with fabric. It's still pretty risky to let me into a fabric store without supervision
The fact that there can be such a thing as a wool snob kind of makes me giggle! But hey, if you're going to knit, it should be with good wool!

That can turn into a heck of a lot more than $250, especially if you're making diaper covers! ;) Looooove wool for CDing!

Wool is so expensive, but at least you can use what you make. I don't knit so if I want something knitted I have to pay dearly for it.

There is nothing wrong with a wool stash or two. I have a few craft stashes myself!!

They are beautiful wools. I wish I knew how to make something of them. I would love a nice crochet blanket to cuddle up with.

Great stash. My daughter who is 10 knits and loves it. She is so well rounded she was knitting a scarf and watching Super Cross (she also races dirt bikes!).
haha, I have that problem with baking supplies...I started out with a (large)corner cabinet, which has spilled over to large drawer (designed to hold like pots and pans!). Yep, it's getting a little ridiculous! How many chocolate chips, mixes, sprinkles, etc does the average person need?

It's a GREAT stash! Mine is majorly cheap. . . I haven't gotten the balls to buy really nice wool - I'm still a Joanns sale shopper! LOL
You can NEVER have enough wool! :) Growing up my mom always had dozens if not hundreds of balls of wool. Knitted is part of my best childhood memories!
