Oh it's hard getting started! But once you get going and see some progress the motivation is easier to find!

First step is admitting you want change. Second step is working towards achieving your goals. With the right support and motivation, you can achieve anything! Having been there a year ago, I can attest to that!! Good luck with your journey!

I am horribly unmotivated and need to lose at least 80 lbs to get back to an average weight. I'm on myfitnesspal but haven't used it the last couple weeks. Feel free to add me: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/feffer2077

You are now accountable!!! :) I have to make excercise fun. I can't go to the gym. I need to go swimming, play basketball etc. Find what you can do for fun excercise. Good luck and keep us posted on your progress~! Yay!

I'm on MyFitnessPal as mrsdchastain. I have had a great deal of motivation from blogging about my journey and sharing it with others. I blog every Saturday and host a Linky. So far I have lost 31 lbs!

Feel free to drop by my WW Linky and share your post with us!

I am SO proud of you for posting this!!! Good for you - I am on the edge, teetering exactly where you are right now! I just need that final push, you know? Good for you - thanks for being so motivational! When I was posting weekly last year, this time, I found that being accountable to my readers and my posts really helped!

I've got about 15 lbs I want to lose before summer. Just can't get motivated though...

I haven't used that app before. I am trying to get my motivation back since I need to lose these 20 pounds that I gained the past year! It can be so hard to get started but once you get into a routine, it's easier! You can do it!

Motivation is the hard part of getting going in a weight loss plan, without it you cant get started and you cant keep going. If the mind is not ready then it just does not work, I can attest to that. I dont know how many times I have gone through weight loss and I just have to get my mind set before beginning. I have not heard of the MyFitnessPal but an online program sounds awesome!! I wish you all the mind set and motivation, I need it too! Have a great weekend. Hope you can stop by Twig Terrariums Wordless Wednesday
Thanks for hosting!

I am doing Weight Watchers, and have lost 36 lbs. It has taken me 5 months. I am also using My Fitness Pal, and it has been most useful! It's tough to get started, but you definitely can do it! I still have 20 more pounds, but it has been worth it.

Good luck with your goals! I'm not using myfitnesspal but have been hearing a lot about it and am certainly tempted. I'd love to fit back into some of my favorite clothes that I just couldn't bear to get rid of, even though they haven't fit for years...

You can do it... you are in control!

I saw 10 Minute Trainer on an infomercial and am actually thinking of ordering it. Surely I have 10-20 minutes a day to work out, no? It appears to be non-gimmicky stuff too - resistance, burst cardio, etc. Looks like people get results from it.

I hear ya, sista! I've been making efforts to ditch the lbs too. Let's work on this together :)

I'm also on a fitness kick, I was trying to run at night but that hasn't worked so now I am getting up every morning at 5:30 so I can do my Booty Camp DVD before the kids get up and then I know for sure I am getting my workout in :) Good luck my friend! Any support you need you let me know! :) (We can do healthy snacks for movie night ;) )

The first steps are always the hardest, in my experience, and you've done well by showing your determination and recognizing where you want to go. Good luck as you continue to move forward!
