#wordlesswednesday - week 1 results..w linky!

Week 1 of #operationshrinkchristy was a hard one...BUT I did it!
I overhauled my eating habits, ate minimal junkfood(but didn't give it up!), I ate veggies RAW (this is a BIG thing for me!), I even started exercising(a bit..i can't do much yet, but i TRY).
This was a big BIG week for me. I honestly didn't think I'd make it through!
I'm SOOO thankful for my friends who are with me, especially those on myfitnesspal or encouraging me on instagram.
So..how'd I do in week 1??
 
 
I lost 3 lbs!
*happy dance*

  1. That's wonderful news! Way to go! I totally need to reevaluate my eating and exercise habits. I have never been this out of shape before and my clothes are feeling way to snug. I must do something about it. Now. Thanks for the inspiration!

  3. This is awesome news! I also kick started my weight loss this week. I don't know how much I've lost yet or if I have lost but I feel good about it and that is all that matters! :)

  19. That's so awesome...yay for you!! I bet you've noticed a difference. I need to curb my junk food eating habits...although I don't need to lose any weight, it's still not healthy for me or my arteries :(
