Week 1 of #operationshrinkchristy was a hard one...BUT I did it!
I overhauled my eating habits, ate minimal junkfood(but didn't give it up!), I ate veggies RAW (this is a BIG thing for me!), I even started exercising(a bit..i can't do much yet, but i TRY).
This was a big BIG week for me. I honestly didn't think I'd make it through!
I'm SOOO thankful for my friends who are with me, especially those on myfitnesspal or encouraging me on instagram.
So..how'd I do in week 1??
I lost 3 lbs!
