BlueWater Seafoods now has Gluten-Free! - #giveaway

An estimated 3 million people in Canada are living with celiac disease or gluten sensitivity. And while the absence of gluten in the diet of a person with celiac disease or gluten sensitivity alleviates uncomfortable symptoms, it is often a challenge to find gluten free products that are satisfying and taste good.

So my challenge for this review was to try out the new Gluten-Free fish using one of BlueWater Seafoods Gluten-Free recipes! Since we aren't a Gluten-Free family and don't have extra $ to round up those supplies, and my family can be picky(!!) we went with the safe option:

 

Gluten Free Grilled Tilapia Tacos!

 

 

 

 

This recipe was fantastic! We'd never actually had a fish taco before, even though they come highly recommended from many of our friends(!)...and seriously, fish tacos are definitely going to help us get in the recommended 2 servings of fish per week! I don't know what exactly it is but moist flavourful fish in a crunchy taco shell works fantastically! I topped mine with a bit of guacamole and was in heaven! This recipe was perfect for those crazy nights where we're rushing to extra-curriculars. It was a snap to put together and with everyone helping out dinner was on the table in 20 minutes!
