Oh but their noses are so wet and gross and ewwww when they lick your hand. blech. They are kinda cute though :)
cows are okay behind a fence, once I had to help herd them into another field and I was kind of freaked out lol they are soooo big up close and appear quite dumb with no expression.
so cute! I don't think I would want them licking me though
I live in New Brunswick and we do make maple syrup but I have never been to a sugar bush...although I recently read about one a couple hours from here. I'm going to check into going there right now, it seems like it would be such a fun day!

I agree with Jennifer MVTB. They kind of creep me out. They are big and dopey looking and they smell. When I was in grade eight we went to the Ontario Vet College at Guelph University to see the cow with the hole in its stomach (they put like a glass window into the cow stomach. Creepy view into the digestive system.) That stuck with me. Plus don't cows make a lot of gas. Ick!
MOOOOOOOOOOOO! Sorry I just had to say that.
I wonder if those tags in the ears bother them. They look pierced. Ow.

Cows are ridiculously photogenic......
Look how happy they are to see you! That's adorable
Beautiful creatures for sure!!! Great photo as well!
I'll admire from afar...no kisses for me, LOL!
Now if I could get some grass fed butter....Mmmmm
Living in New England, there are cows everywhere. My boys always like to stop and see them when we see them.
Love cows! We took our kids to a farm that raised cows and they got to see a birth, how they milk them and all the babies (babies were beyond gorgeous!) thanks for sharing such a great photo!
Cute cows! Thanks for hosting and Happy WW!
I can't say I have ever been licked by a cow. They tend to just ignore us when we visit them lol.
I like the look of cows, but wouldn't want a lick from one lol.
Happy WW!
Ohhh they're so cute!! I love cows :)
My son wants to know if he can have that cow. LOL
Cute cows! I love going to visit farms-such a nice break from the city!
Oh that's kind of cute and sad at the same time.
Cows on a farm always remind me of going to my great grand-father's when I was young. We were ok to go in as long as the bull was in the back field. I loved petting the cows!
Sweet! Love pics of cattle. We're tapping our maple trees this week! Can't wait to make maple syrup!
I love the pic!
great picture! Makes you smile
Great pic. of those cows. Who knew they were big on licking?! Too funny. Would love some of that real maple syrup though! :)
Cows are awesome creatures. They are so calm and nice. I laughed when I read about getting licked by a cow because that is exactly what happened to my son. A big cow licked him right up my sons cheek with his wet tongue. I've loved cows ever since!
I grew up with cows and ADORE them - this is an lovely photo! Emily x
