#wordlesswednesday - Mini Merida! w Linky!

Over the weekend we had the chance to take a big 4 hour family roadtrip up to Muskoka to visit Ontario Pioneer Camp. While there we tried our hand at archery!

Much to our surprise Orangie (8 yrs)  absolutely ROCKED it! She just kept hitting the board!!
Must be a red-head thing! ;)

Have you tried out archery before?
It's HARD!! (I only hit the board ONCE!)

  1. Nice action shot! I tried archery as a kid at camp. If I recall correctly, I did NOT rock it - unlike your gal!

  8. That is too fun! It is hard; I tried with my brother's bow (he hunts) and I could barely even pull it back! Lol

  9. Never know when her mad skill will be useful.....

My sister used to make her own bows and arrows. Fun being a kid!

  18. Wow, that is awesome for her to be able to do that! I have never tried but I suck at all things sports related so I am pretty sure I would have missed every time!

  22. I loved archery when I went to camp as a kid, but I have a funny elbow that bends the bump in a weird way and I always hurt myself lol.

But, if we ever have to go back to old school weaponry, I want to be an archer. :D

    Nice work!
